RENTAL POLICY: Customers should count all items upon delivery/pickup and should report any shortages immediately to EXPO. Any breakages or shortages occurring during the rental period will result in the full replacement cost to the customer. All items should be taken down, stacked and assembled in a single location ready for pick-up by EXPO. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. PAYMENT POLICY: All pricing is based on the “Daily Rental Rate”; however, we do have multiple day rates and package pricing available on select items. Payment in full must be received at time of order to secure orders. Otherwise, the order will not be placed on “confirmed” status and guaranteed. We accept cash, checks and credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa). EXPO Party Rentals reserves the right to change prices and policies without prior notice.
